By day I work as a change consultant, where I spend my time analysing behaviour, how people interact and the stories people tell about themselves. Photography is where that same curiosity goes somewhere else: into rooms, and into the people who make them worth entering.
That is what I am after. Not a technically perfect image, but one that holds the feeling of a place long after you have left it. Because a room can make you feel safe, or intimate, or quietly confident. And if it was designed with that intention, it deserves to be photographed that way.
But a space only fully comes alive when someone is in it. A guest arriving. A bartender mid-movement. A table set for a conversation that has not happened yet. People don't just inhabit a space. They complete it. That is where atmosphere becomes story.
